Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Just LH, we are committed to providing quality fashion pieces and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or altered garments
- Intimate wear and accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Please note:
- A 5% handling and processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible.
4. Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective item
- An incorrect order sent by us

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund after confirmation:
