3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing without notice
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers
  • Lost parcels once marked as delivered by the courier

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at checkout.

Returned items must meet the return eligibility requirements stated in our policy.

All content associated with Just LH, including:

  • Branding

remains the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Custom & Altered Orders

Custom-made, tailored, or altered garments are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item is defective.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications when placing custom orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

Just LH shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Losses resulting from misuse of products
  • Delays outside of our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
