Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–14 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Store to Door Shipping– South Africa

  • Main Cities: 2–7 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 5–14 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and location accessibility.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel size and weight
  • Courier rates

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website or social media platforms.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • Courier details 

Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery using the tracking information provided.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate before completing checkout.

Just LH will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients
  • Additional courier fees resulting from incorrect information

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, the customer may be required to pay re-delivery costs.


6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes or unforeseen circumstances

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we may assist in opening an investigation with the courier.


7. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please take photos immediately
  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
